Located in the Lower Mission at the intersection of South Gordon Drive and Balsam Road you will find Balsam Walk. We developed this parcel of land into 6 individual single family lots where builders constructed beautiful homes complete with pools and legal suites.

Centrally located on KLO in Kelowna BC, we subdivided and serviced 3 large duplex lots. We designed and built a custom duplex plan that maximized the lot size resulting in a 2700+ sq ft per side town home style dwelling. Along with a nice sized back yard and full basement, these homes have plenty of room for growing families!

This custom bulit home was an absolute joy to build. Spanning over 5000 sq ft, this modern home is inspired by designs of the Southern California Desert. With a wide open floorplan and an expansive deck, this home was built to entertain.
